I left the UK nine years ago and have been renting the property out ever since.
After some horrific experiences dealing directly with estate agents I was referred to RPS by friends.
RPS has been great at maintaining the flat at reasonable cost, addressing the needs of the tenants, getting the flat vacated when required and carrying out major refurbishment on it.
This has all been done without my having to visit the UK.
RPS will soon be helping me rent the flat out again for the long term after completing the major refurbishment works.
