I was surprised and delighted by the level of service I had from Strakers in Corsham. I had 3 local agents to value the property at the outset, but Matt from Strakers was the obvious choice immediately. He knows his stuff, has great local knowledge & is straight talking. He valued the house at a sensible price (unlike one of them who valued it at least 50,000 over what it was worth), & got to work marketing it immediately once we agreed terms.
Once the sale was underway, the progression team, in particular George, were fantastic, liaising with everyone involved & ironing out problems as they arose. Everyone I dealt with there were friendly & super efficient. I couldn't have asked for more. The service from the whole team at Strakers was excellent from start to finish. My property was very quickly put on the market with Scott's professional help and had viewings almost immediately.
Initially the viewings were difficult for the team as we had a tenant in the property but with right guidance the property sold very quickly.
