Gary's vision was to set up an honest, hard working and highly professional estate agency.
As well as overseeing the hands-on side of the business, Scott carries out all valuations for the company and produces the schedules, taking particular pride in the quality of the photographs.
With the right balance of friendly professionalism, Scott prides himself on providing a first class service for both buyer and seller and will work tirelessly to get the best deal for his clients, in the shortest possible time.
In his spare time Scott enjoys spending time with his young family, socialising with friends, golf and photography.
Bustling Dunoon is the largest town on the Cowal Peninsula and has a good selection of shops, hotels and restaurants; it also has many recreational facilities including a cinema and theatre.
For the more sports minded the surrounding area has 3 golf courses, tennis courts, leisure centre with swimming pool, indoor and outdoor bowling greens, horse riding, quad biking, sailing clubs and wonderful cycling, walking and climbing areas.
The expanding Holy Loch Marina is now recognised as the marine gateway to the National Park and is only a couple of miles away.
Whether you are a first time or experienced buyer or buying as an investment, the key thing throughout the process is being organised.
You need to work out not only how much you can borrow but how much you afford to pay each month.
Initially you will need money for the deposit, legal fees, mortgage fees, valuation fees and stamp duty if applicable.
Once you own your home there will be additional costs you may not have at the minute such as gas, electric, internet, home insurance and general costs in maintaining your home.
There are many reasons for selling your home.
Whether you are relocating, upgrading or downsizing Waterside Property will help you throughout the process.
We aim to reduce the stress and maximise the selling price for your home.
This is a short guide to the various things you will need to consider throughout the process.
There is no point in spending a fortune in renovating or decorating your property.
Prospective buyers will have their own tastes and there is little point in second guessing these.
