We hire out our own linen and we work closely with the owners and the assessment team to ensure every let is like the first.

We manage some of the most exclusive properties in South Devon, and look after a wide range of houses from 5 star gold award winning (Visit Britain) at the Dart Marina to small town houses in Dartmouth, luxury apartments in Kingswear and big country houses with swimming pools, in the surrounding area.

We Hire out crisp White Percale Bed Linen to any property that we look after in Dartmouth, South Hams or Torbay area.
We Hire in sets, Super king, King, Double and Single.
Each set comprises of fitted sheet Duvet cover and pillow cases 2 for singles and 4 for double sizes.
In any house which requires our 5 star changeover service, we will make the beds for your guests arrival.

This is a very good service, it gives the personal touch, our representative is in uniform and we find that it makes people feel special and puts a face to the people behind the scenes.
They will be more comfortable calling us if any problems arise.

We do have our own handyman available and we do work in close contact with all of the local tradesman and so will be able to sort out any problems with little disruption to paying guests.
Owners would be informed if any major problem that needs addressing, we would not set out to do any work before contacting the owner.

We will dress the house to make it look as inviting as possible, we provide fresh flowers and fresh milk for all of the properties being let.
We offer guests the opportunity to buy a selection of homemade cakes and cream teas, Jams and chutneys.
We will arrange to deliver them to the property.
We are forever striving to make the guests holiday as enjoyable as possible.
We provide Welcome Packs of the owners choosing which we will also put in the property for guests arrival.
