Tenant reference fee: (includes Right to Rent checks, required by Law): 30 + VAT = 36 per tenant or Guarantor (to be paid for by the Landlord).
Finders fee is 15% of the income for the initial tenancy period, e.g. 6 months at 600 pcm (3,600) our fee is 540 + 108 VAT = 648.
Non-refundable holding deposit: 150 - Upon receipt of the deposit, the property will be suspended from the letting market in favour of the prospective tenant (subject to contract).
If the prospective tenant fails to progress the tenancy for any reason, the holding deposit will not be refunded.
