Covers all aspects of finding and securing a suitable tenant, including all administration required to move a suitable tenant into the property (referencing, inventory, tenancy agreement, deposit scheme administration etc).
Once moved in, the fee covers the day to day management of the tenancy and property, quarterly inspections, rent collection and direct income transfer to landlord, notice requiring possession etc.
At the end of the tenancy the tenant is checked out and all final procedures concerning the tenant, property and return of deposit are completed.

If you view a property that you would like to rent, we will apply for a credit reference check to be carried out on your behalf.
Whilst we wait for the results of these checks, the property will be reserved for you during this time and no other viewings will take place.
Reasonable costs for replacement of keys or security devices which are lost/not returned.
The cost of which will depend on the type of key/security device that needs to be replaced.
We will charge interest at the rate of 3% above the Bank of England Base Lending Rate for any rent due from the Tenant under this Agreement which is more than 14 days in arrears in respect of the period from when it became due to the date of payment and/or any late payment/banking charges as a result of rent not being received.
