Mark is a Chartered Surveyor who started his career in Manchester city centre after leaving Northumbria University in 1996.
In 2010 he was promoted to the board of Directors of Hurstwood Holdings - property investors and developers who own 100 commercial and residential sites throughout the North West and Yorkshire, with an annual rent in excess of 6 million.
In 2014 Mark decided it was time to become his own boss and founded Carling Jones Estate Agents and Chartered Surveyors with his father Ian.
