Austin Chambers was established in 1977 by Irving Singer who set up a sales, lettings and commercial management agency.
We are now established over 40 years, successfully selling, letting & managing properties all over Greater London and the South East.
We originally traded from a small hut near High Barnet underground station and in 1981 we moved to larger premises in Woodhouse Road, Friern Barnet.
Richard Klein joined the company in 1985.
He assisted in expanding and developing the sales department, giving Irving the chance to expand the management business.
We are now established over 40 years, successfully selling, letting & managing properties all over Greater London and the South East.
We originally traded from a small hut near High Barnet underground station and in 1981 we moved to larger premises in Woodhouse Road, Friern Barnet.
Richard Klein joined the company in 1985.
He assisted in expanding and developing the sales department, giving Irving the chance to expand the management business.
In 1981 he moved premises to 193 Woodhouse Road.
15 years later this office became too small therefore the company moved next door to larger premises at 191 Woodhouse Road which is where they currently trade.
His speciality is commercial management and he has built up a thriving department which has expanded over the years.
His hobbies are the gym, tennis and having the pleasure of his three grandchildren.
Richard joined Austin Chambers in 1985 as a trainee negotiator quickly learning the ropes and soon became the company's chief valuer.
