We invest in all the top property portals in Scotland.
This is to ensure that marketing reaches all potential tenants looking to rent and is by far the most efficient means of marketing your property to the widest audience.
These portals as well as Splendid's own website ensure all potential tenants are able to see the properties we have on offer to rent whether they be high-net-worth executives, families, young professionals or students.

If the property in question is under full management, SPM will transfer and deal with the administration required.
If there are any disputes with the deposit at the end of a tenancy, the Deposit Scheme will appoint an arbitrator and make a ruling based on any evidence provided.
