Property is our passion. Regency Lettings and Property Management is an independently owned and managed lettings agency offering a bespoke lettings and property management service completely focusing on clients' needs based in our converted barn offices in Chiddingfold Village, Surrey GU8. We specialise in the GU8 and GU27 areas including the villages of Chiddingfold, Hambledon, Grayswood, Witley, Wormley, Milford, Elstead, Dunsfold and the general Haslemere and Godalming areas.

We also manage a number of properties for corporate clients in the Weybridge, Walton, Esher and Long Ditton KT6 - KT13 areas. Formed in 1996 by Valissa Burnett, Regency Lettings & Property Management continues to excel in meeting the needs of its clients - both landlord and tenant alike.

At Regency Lettings & Property Management, we take care of everything for you via a professional service that is bespoke, tailored to your requirements.
We provide detailed landlord statements, 'one-click' instant management reports from the latest property software technology Veco full double-entry, RICS/ARLA/CNR compliant accounts system.
We work with UK and overseas, investment and non-investment landlords with properties in the GU8, GU27 and RH14 areas of Godalming, Chiddingfold, Hambledon, Witley, Milford, Dunsfold, Haslemere, Grayswood, Fernhurst, Plaistow, Ifold, Billingshurst and other local surrounding areas.

The Landlord will be liable for all inventory make and check-out charges, costs for inventory make, check-in and check-out vary according to the size of the property.
We use professional independent inventory clerks for all inventory services including check-outs.
Company Tenancies: Tenant Companies will continue to share the cost of the inventory make with the Landlord and the full cost of the inventory check-in.
If you hold a portfolio of properties or are based outside of the UK, we can offer you a dedicated service to ensure that your properties are being expertly managed, and that your tax requirements are being handled effectively.
We ensure all rents are received on time, and that your properties are managed to the quality standard you expect.
We can provide bespoke reports to meet your requirements.
Though living at a distance, you will nonetheless expect the same standard of bespoke service, the same high quality of property management, and the same excellent levels of communication.
Ensure that the rent you can achieve will more than cover any mortgage payments, service charges, agent fees and any other outgoings for the property.

Should your property contain any gas appliances, a Gas Safety Certificate will have been obtained prior to your moving in.
