Generally pets aren't allowed but will be considered on a case by case basis.
If pets are allowed the rent per month will increase by 25 above the figure advertised.
All applicants are required by law to provide appropriate photo identification such as driving licence or passport which are currently in date.
We shall require an employer's reference and also an existing landlord's reference if you are already in rented accommodation and we shall also carry out a credit reference.
