Assuming the responsibility for the day to day management of the communal areas, the back ground administration to include the preparation of annual Service Charge budgets, budgetary control, the collection of service charge payments, contract management, on site employees (where applicable) and to ensure your development is compliant with all current legislation.
Contractors will be appointed from our approved "Contractors" Database to ensure your property is maintained to a high standard.
This service provision will include all "soft services" as well as mechanical and electrical service requirements.
