To buy a property from ourselves the first thing to do is browse our available properties, should you see a property you like, you would then contact us to arrange a viewing for a time that suits yourself.
Should you wish to submit an offer for your desired property, we can take any verbal offers to our clients for verbal acceptance.
Once an offer has been agreed we would ask that you contact your solicitor to officially have this offer sent to us in writing, which will then be passed to our clients solicitor.
