Wootton Estate Agents is by far the best agent on the island. We have sold and bought property through them. Totally professional and always there to iron out every crease and wrinkle in the buying/selling process, they take away the inevitable stress of conveyancing. Ben and Sarah are constantly in touch with the solicitors and keep you well informed of the stage the sale/purchase is at. They are fair in their valuations and don’t over inflate the value of your house to get you to sign up nor do they undervalue for a quick sale. We have dealt with other agents on the island and none meet the high standards of Wootton. I totally recommend them.

We were first time buyers purchasing a property through Wootton Estate Agents. From our very first meeting with Sarah, who showed us around the property, we received exceptional service. I cannot recommend her and the estate agents highly enough. She went above and beyond for us, helping push the sale through to meet our tight deadline. She liaised with our solicitor whom we had problems with, was available to help at any time of day and never made us feel like we were putting her out at all. The office has a warm and friendly atmosphere and all the staff we dealt with were equally helpful. We really do not know what we would have done without Sarah's help and if not for her I do not think we would be in our property now, 5 and a half weeks after we first viewed it.
