We've lost count of the number of times we've been involved in large "rescue operations" and asked to take over when disgruntled landlords or residents are simply not getting the service they're paying for.
Repair requests outstanding, gutters and roofs leaking, doors not closing, intercoms not working - you've heard all the complaints.

EPM manage flats I live in. I own that one. They started reasonably well years ago but have been recognisably poor since 2020. They don't answer calls or emails, they haven't kept us up-to-date on spending and costs as the lease suggests they should, they refuse all forms of dialogue. They are not what they suggest on their website. The problems here are growing but all the EPM offices can be is rude.

EPM have been excellent since we bought our apartment over 5 years ago. They always action any issues that we have had and very promptly. James the owner takes any issues seriously and the rest of the staff have ALWAYS been very pleasant when I have phoned and have always phoned me back if they have to find an answer from another colleague. I can honestly say that if any workmen have had to come inside my property to do any work they have always been polite and efficient! In my opinion they go over and above in comparison to other Property Management companies that we have experienced!!
