When you submit an application for one of our properties, you have to pay a security deposit fee (equivalent to one week's rental payment).
If the property owner declines your application for reasons beyond your control, e.g. if another application was accepted, this fee is refundable.
However, should you withdraw your application at a later date, the security deposit cannot be refunded.
