Jon and Luci were exceptionally helpful, friendly and professional throughout the process of purchasing our new home. They were easy to get hold of and provided us with updates as well as responding to any questions we had along the way. We felt in very safe hands!

Luci and Jon at Heartwood Homes are everything you would want from an estate agent - responsive, professional, friendly - and all with a deep understanding of the local st albans housing market. As a team of two we found they communicated really well through a mixture of WhatsApp and phone calls which made it all very easy. They were a delight to work with which made a very stressful time much easier. I would definitely recommend them.

Jon and Luci were wonderful to deal with right from the very beginning when we purchased our property. When issues occur, as they invariably do in this process, they handled things with good humour, instantly and with a huge amount of industry and local know how. Easily handling each twist and turn with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble and we always felt like ‘the client’ although technically, the vendor was. Awesome! It was our first property purchase and Jon and the team made me feel at home with Hertwood Homes from the outset. Great communication throughout the process which was a long and arduous one thanks to the sellers solicitor but nevertheless, the team were always happy to help, explain, push where they could and get the deed done in a friendly manner
