Where the landlord agrees to release the tenant from the tenancy agreement before the end of the fixed term contracted period, rent will be due to the end of the Tenancy agreement or until a new tenant takes occupation if applicable.
Payment of interest for the late payment of rent from 14 days arrears calculated on the interest at 3% above Bank of England base rate on the late payment of rent for each day that the payment is outstanding.
Tenants are liable for the cost of replacing any lost key(s) or other security device(s).
