Services
Inventory Fee (Management Service Only) - 100 +VAT up to 3 bedrooms, 20 +VAT per additional room.
In order to secure a property we take a part-payment in advance which is only non-refundable once paid should you decide not to proceed or otherwise fail reference.
UNPAID RENT - Interest on unpaid rate at 3% above the Bank of England Base Rate from the Rent Due Date until paid in order to pursue non-payment of rent.
Please Note - This will not be levied until the rent is more than 14 days in arrears.

NMR Lettings & Management Ltd publish their client money handling procedures on their website, as well as making copies available to customers upon request.
All Client Money is held in a ring-fenced Client Money Account with Natwest Bank, an authorised bank.
NMR Lettings ensures that Client Money Accounts are designated as such and are easily distinguished from any other account.
Records and accounts are retained which show all dealings with Client Money and demonstrate that all Client Money held by the Firm is held in a Client Money Account.
