Bank Reference - We check the tenant's last 6 month's bank statements to evaluate their incomings and outgoings.
2. Employer's Reference - We check that the tenant is in permanent employment with a reputable employer and we check their payslips to ensure that they receive an adequate wage to afford the rental payments.
3. Previous Landlord Reference - We check that the tenant is up to date with their rental payments and that they have maintained the property to a good standard.
