He loves anything to do with property, from helping people find their next home to looking after landlords & tenants and has a passion for providing a personable service to his vendors.
Adam is an experienced landlord and currently has his own portfolio of properties so can help with all aspects of the rental market too.
Before estate agency I was a Royal Navy diver and spent practically 8 years underwater!

Having decided on a property, every person (over 18) will need to complete the reference process.
Step 1: Tell the viewing representative or contact the office if you want to apply & provide the full names, contact telephone numbers & email addresses for all applicants.
We may contact you at this stage to address any concerns we may have that may affect your initial application.
If your application is successful, the holding deposit will be deducted from your outstanding balance.
We will retain the holding deposit in circumstances where the applicant withdraws, fails a Right to Rent check or provides false or misleading information, which the landlord is reasonably entitled to consider in deciding whether to grant the tenancy because this materially affects their suitability to rent the property.

Just want to say a massive thank you to Adam and the team for all they have done in selling our house. Right from the very first phone call from Adam, he was so friendly and helpful, it felt like we had known him years. Nothing was too much trouble, every questioned was answered honestly and professionally. I would certainly recommend him and his business for all your home selling/renting needs.

The best estate agents ive been with so far, gutted to have left you guys due to moving home but you guys being my estate agents definitely gave me faith that there are good ones out there! Adam youve always been a delight and come out with the jokes, also loved getting christmas cards off them. Such a caring business that go above and beyond for their clients. Hope to maybe deal with yous again in the future! Keep doing what you're doing guys!!
