Established in 2001, the corporate letting company was set up by Katie and Tim Cooper.
Both Katie and Tim worked for many years for a high street agent, but became disillusioned with the unnecessary bureaucracy and felt that independence was the only way forward.
As a client of the corporate letting company, there is only one number to call for any query relating to your property, be that marketing, accounts or property management.
We do like to keep things as simple as possible and one of the key areas for this is with our T's & C's.

If you have a complaint, please put it in writing, including as much detail as possible.
We will then respond in line with the timeframes set out below (if you feel we have not sought to address your complaints within eight weeks, you may be able to refer your complaint to the Property Ombudsman to consider without our final viewpoint on the matter).
We will send you a letter acknowledging receipt of you complaint within three working days of receiving it, enclosing a copy of this procedure.
We will then investigate your complaint.
We will then respond in line with the timeframes set out below (if you feel we have not sought to address your complaints within eight weeks, you may be able to refer your complaint to the Property Ombudsman to consider without our final viewpoint on the matter).

As a tenant renting through the corporate letting company you will find us to be straightforward to deal with, knowledgeable and keen to promote fairness in tenancy agreements.
We firmly believe that it is not in our clients (the landlord) interest to have a tenant who feels hard done by.
A good tenancy is a happy tenancy.
Please do remember that, as well as paying the rent, you will also be liable for all utilities including council tax, you will pay to insure your possessions.
A deposit will typically be the equivalent of five weeks rent (or six weeks when the annual rent is over 50,000) which the corporate letting company will hold as stakeholders.
We firmly believe that it is not in our clients (the landlord) interest to have a tenant who feels hard done by.
A good tenancy is a happy tenancy.

We do not charge extra for tenancy agreements, management visits (when we are employed to manage the property for you), booking inventories etc and always work hard to ensure that any management costs involved give you the best value for money.
Even our rent collection service comes with no extra charge which spreads the pain of fees over the year.
