We are an independent family run letting agent based in Kirkby-in-Ashfield who cover far and wide. White House Lettings began in 2014, and was ironically born out of a conversation over Sunday lunch saying "We could do better than them". Nick and Debbie had rental properties of their own but were NEVER happy nor satisfied with service from Letting agents.
Frustrated with the lack of communication, hidden fees and outright poor service they'd received over the years, we decided as a family, enough was enough and we would create a letting agents that was different. With Debbie being made redundant from her recruitment role, Samantha made the decision to leave her job at Boots Head office and set up White House Lettings with her Mum Debbie.
Ian worked alongside them in the background whilst serving as a police officer for Nottinghamshire Police. White House Lettings was originally going to be an online local letting agents, based out of Samantha and Ian's House - which is painted White. Neighbours often referred to it as 'The White House' and we believed this was both catchy and easily identifiable.

There is absolutely nothing to pay until the first months rent when you only pay a 245 + VAT fee.
This is a complete package designed to be stress free and cater to your individual needs.
No commission fees for maintenance works, no hidden bond or 'administration' fees.
Within this service we market your property on Zoopla, OnTheMarket, Facebook, Office window and our website the same day.
Once all parties are completely happy we then draw up a clear and detailed tenancy agreement checking the tenant in to their new home.

Could not be happier with the help we have had finding a property through White House Lettings!
They are so helpful and answered every query.
The moving process was so prompt and smooth.
We were struggling to find somewhere due to our little dog and White House Lettings made it so easy.

Honestly couldn’t ask for a better company to look after my property. As first time landlords these guys make everything so easy. I know everything is in safe hands with them, and they keep us up to date with everything at every opportunity. Their communication and commitment cannot be beaten by any other company.
The way they have dealt with the coronavirus crisis has proved even more that we made the right decision when choosing White House Lettings to manage our property.
