Here's the journey so far: last Friday morning, Jennifer enthusiastically registered us and our "profile" of 'gots' and 'wants', Monday 8:45am, with fold-up bike on chilly street, Florence and Justyn invited me and Brompton bike inside onto comfy settee and warmth; discussed one beautiful property and instant inclusion into viewing window (staff gave us a choice of 2 windows); just 5 days later, Saturday 10am Florence welcomes us inside this perfect property and skilfully, eloquently balances giving information yet making us feel responsibly free to explore.

We have Recently sold our property with H&S and could not have asked for better service. We was kept up to date throughout our viewings throughout to sale and completing. I can't recommend enough. All the staff had fantastic interpersonal skills, seemed happy at work and value, quality of service was brilliant. After a bad experience with another local company where I was made to feel like an inconvenience and I could be ignored, I was amazed how much better the customer care and service was here. 10 stars if I could!

Tom and his team provided great service as usual. Easy to deal with and always available to speak to. Tom marketing strategy is modern and he executes it to the highest standard. Five stars, perfect service and highly recommend as always.
