I have used Belvoir for a number of years. They find good quality tenants, quickly, ensuring a minimum period of un-occupancy and rent that is paid on time. They have also been great for help and advice even when it wasn't part of their remit. When I had a good tenant who turned bad they dealt with the matter in a professional way to ensure the correct outcome in the minimum of time.

Been super helpful throughout the process, Answered any queries we had efficiently. Great customer service and friendly atmosphere on key pick up. Special thanks to Chris for a pleasant viewing of the property and we have now started to rent. Highly recommended.

Would definitely recommend Belvoir as a letting agency it's best one I have been with and I have been with a few. I wouldn't of left them if I had a choice. Great Service and very helpful beyond and above what most estate agents offer. As first time home buyers we found Nigel from Belvoir to be polite, pleasant, professional but most of all very approachable and helpful with the purchase of the house. Nigel liaised between the vendor and us when we had questions and little problems which needed to be ironed out.
