We have used Prime Choice as a renting agency for the past 20 years for a terraced property we owned in Rushden. They have been remarkably good for all this time, their advice on rent levels, inspection of the property, finding some one to do repairs and their general attitude to the problems has been exemplary We decided to sell recently as we live 100 miles away, they dealt with the sale in a very professional way. On first meeting a member of the prime choice team me and my mum felt very comfortable and received a nice welcome from them. They were very professional when showing us around properties sticking to the covid rules. Loren who dealt with my purchase was fantastic in every way possible. She kept me updated on the process at least once a week of not more. Loren also helped with many queries I had and even went as far to keep on top of the solicitors progress. All of the staff are lovely and helpful and the whole process from first approaching about our interest to rent the property through to moving in was fantastic. Prime Choice were the agents for a buy to let flat we bought which was already tenented and it was clear that the level of service and care given to both tenants and owners was first rate and the fee arrangement much fairer than is usual for letting agents (no contract /tenent change charges but only a percentage of income). On the basis of the experience we had with Prime Choice I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them as letting agents.
