Having heard about the wonderful work the company is doing in sourcing homes for people of any background and culture. Personally I spoke in great length with one of the realtors about letting one of their many and affordable properties and had it not been for a change in personal circumstances, I would almost certainly have chosen to go with them.

I cannot speak highly enough about how understanding and genuinely interested they were in finding out my circumstances after informing them I would be moving abroad for a semester. They were friendly, professional and spoke as a true human rather than the robotic salesperson you often get within society these days. I will definitely be in contact again with them after I return and look forward to speaking with them again.

Excellent and professional service from A to Z. Great communications, all inquiries were answered fast. I got locked outside my flat on a Saturday evening, I called Mr Chalmers and he immediately responded although it was an out of office hours situation. He personally came to the flat with the spare key in around 30 mins. Mr Chalmers was very understanding and cooperative. Whenever I am looking for a flat, Chalmers Properties will be my first stop.
