Arrange and charge for Annual Gas Safety Certificate (CP12), Energy Performance Certificate, Portable Appliance Testing & Electrical Installation Certificate if applicable- Charges may vary.

If applicable, we carry out a previous Landlord, current employers and credit check on applicants.
If your Tenant has a fixed Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement, the Tenant would need to be two full months in arrears before any action can commence.
Once a Tenant is two months in arrears and a Landlord wants the property back, they should service a Section 21 Notice to end the tenancy at the end of the fixed term.
A Section 8 Notice can also be served allowing a Landlord to seek possession of the property on the ground of rent arrears.
