Inciti are amongst the best (better than the bigger chains by far).
Pros:
Quick turnaround of requests
Reasonable agency fees
Does a proper job (it’s not all quick fixes)
Will do whats right for landlord and the tenants, which means I normally have long term happy tenancies
Cons:
Could probably do with another Chris at peak times
Would recommend inciti and the team, will be a sad day if I have to look for an alternative agency.

One of the best renting agencies I found so far in Birmingham! Chris and Kay communicate well and always gave me all the updates right away. They are both very understanding and I can say from my own experience, after one year and a half, that they have the renter`s best interest in mind. All the enquiries and issues I had were addressed quickly. Chris was very friendly and insightful when it came to advice.
Overall, they are really helpful, nice and reliable people. They will be transparent about the flat you want to rent and will inform you on what they can do to make the stay better.
