Once you've seen a suitable property we'll ask you to pay a holding deposit which is the equivalent of 1 weeks rent These fees are non-refundable should your application fail or you withdraw at any stage and do not continue with your home move.
Please give us as much information as you can on the form and return it to our office within 48 hours with two forms of ID (one must include a photo).
