Sam secured a stable position working for Southwark Council's Housing Department as a Housing Assistant in 1996 and completing a HND in Social Housing.
Soon after promotion to Housing Officer, Sam was managing over 500 units in Peckham.
During 2011 Sam was approached to merge companies by an established property management company.
He returned to London and spent a year in various sales roles, selling health insurance to toy products and watches.
