After beginning my career in finance, I left the banking Industry to join Jennings and Barrett in 1999, initially as Finance Manager and supporting the owner John Shine in all areas of the business.
Whilst keeping the client accounts in order, I also undertook a number of different roles, including ensuring our compliance with relevant and changing legislation.

8% of the annual rent Inc VAT - (one off payment) - Plus monthly commission of rent paid variable 9% - 18% inc VAT.
Where the Landlord Cancels the Agents instruction to provide a management service the Agent will charge, and the Landlord will pay, a fee based upon 6% inc VAT of the agreed rent for the period, not exceeding 6 months from the commencement date of the tenancy.
