We have kept up to date with every single one and we can advise you how to keep your buy to let property well within the parameters of the law.

If you have viewed one of our properties and you want to make an application please contact us to request an application form.
We will then contact you to take the payment of the holding deposit.
The holding deposit is 1 week's rent.
This is not a fee as letting agent's and landlords are not legally permitted to charge payments to tenant's for processing their application.
This holding deposit will be credited towards your first month's rent when you move into the property.
Please note however, that if you do change your mind at any point and withdraw your application or if you withhold any information from us that may affect your application, we may not be able to refund this amount back to you.
