With our Fully Managed Property Service, we take care of things for you.
This service includes advertising, photos, viewings, professional paperwork, property inventory & schedule of condition, check in & check out, reference checks, inspections, liaising with tenants, contacting utility suppliers, rent collection, deposit protection, arranging tradespeople and maintaining the safety of your property.
We can even project manage property refurbishments before tenants even move in.
We offer a Property Refurbishment Project Management service where we can help you with anything from arranging the relevant tradespeople, instructing on works required, coordinating tradespeople, attending site, negotiation, inspecting the various stages of work to ensure it's to a high standard, signing off the work and completion certificates where applicable.
