We will offer the largest choice of properties, in the best and most convenient locations. Easy to use, appears to be good value for money, only marked down as used their service to arrange for a gas certificate but were not advised that our original appointment had been cancled which caused some confusion when we were informed that another person had picked up our job.
We ended up having to re-arrange for another day and the new person was unable to make a same day appointment. Had no trouble with the rent now process and or the referencing though which I feel is their core business. Great little company that offer far more then the general rentals, lots of deposit options and contract lengths.

Unlike other high street rental agents, we do not operate any cash back deals, stepped rate management services or other complicated financial wizardry which is both confusing and misleading.

The first step is for one of our highly experienced team to fully evaluate your property and agree a monthly rental income figure.
Then, over a cup of tea in our comfortable offices, we will discuss all of the other points, such as, whether the property will be offered furnished or unfurnished, what date the property will be vacant and available for rental, and to fully explain to you the do's and don'ts of renting a property.
We will also take the time to answer any questions or worries that you may have (usually there are quite a few), and ensure that you understand all of the items that have been discussed.
Then, over a cup of tea in our comfortable offices, we will discuss all of the other points, such as, whether the property will be offered furnished or unfurnished, what date the property will be vacant and available for rental, and to fully explain to you the do's and don'ts of renting a property.
