The Stow Brothers
The first step to renting your property is knowing what tenants will pay for it. As truly local estate agents, we can advise you on the best approach to pricing and presenting your home. We are proud of the lively and diverse communities that sit around our offices and celebrate the best, time-honoured favourites with our Places + Wonders listings.

Flat or terraced, period or modern, pristine or 'doer upper'. Whatever you're looking for in a home, we'll do everything in our power to find it for you. We're east Londoners through and through. We love being part of what's going on around here and doing our bit to keep this place special.
Services
In 2014, Andrew and Kenny Goad launched The Stow Brothers, an estate agency with a fresh, straightforward approach to the property market.
The brothers' vision captured the zeitgeist - from a single shop in Walthamstow, they have now expanded to a team of 50 local specialists, with branches throughout East London.
Andrew and Kenny Goad had long-held ambitions to launch their own estate agency business in East London.
But they bided their time, gaining valuable experience, watching and learning until the moment was right.
Cosy, contained, and with a real East End community feel, Chingford is still just a short train ride from central London.
It's easy to see why this characterful part of the capital is so popular with young families, with great facilities and generous parkland on the doorstep and the 6,000-acre Epping Forest nearby.
A decade on from the London Olympics, Stratford has become home to one of the world's largest cultural districts, East Bank.
Universities UCL and UAL's London College of Fashion are set to join the BBC, Sadler's Wells and the soon-to-open V&A.
Hackney is the pulsating heart of London's creative community.
Close to the City geographically (if not culturally) there's always something going on.
It's fast-paced, lively and constantly reinventing itself.
Despite its trendy urban credentials, there's plenty of green space nearby including Victoria Park and London Fields.
Where do you start with Hackney?
It can feel like it's all been said before, but, of course, it can't have been because the area is constantly evolving, which is what keeps it so fresh.
Walthamstow is where it all started for us, so clearly, we love it.
Built from proper East End roots, the expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and a destination in its own right.
Situated on the edge of spacious Epping Forest, but every inch urban London, Walthamstow is one of those rare locations where you can have your (artisan) cake and eat it too.
Built from proper East End roots, the rapidly expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and destination in its own right, making Walthamstow's close proximity to central London less relevant than it perhaps once was (although if you must leave, it's only a short hop on the Victoria line or London Overground).
Highams Park is something of a hidden gem.
Slightly tucked away, the chichi coffee shops and picturesque woodland have a slightly exclusive feel, but the community is nicely grounded and down to earth.
Not everyone in the capital has heard of Highams Park, and that's only a good thing.
Although it's well connected to Central London on the Overground to Liverpool Street, it's tucked out of sight enough to ensure that the picturesque woodland and coffee shops have a slightly exclusive feel.
That's not to say that the locals are a cliquey bunch though - far from it, they've been welcoming savvy families and individuals after a little more bang for their buck for years.
