After 10 years of working in the London Property market I had a bit of a culture shock when I sold my agency and relocated to my wife Kathryn's home town of Derby to raise our young family.
The pace of Derby estate agency was very different and whilst there were positives too there just wasn't the same energy and drive to deliver great results for client's.
