Thompsons let and manage properties in Suffolk with the majority being in Ipswich, Felixstowe and Lowestoft. Thompsons currently manage properties for landlords with just one property or large portfolios.
If they have a partner they must confirm they are happy for the guarantor to act and add their signature as well. For additional person over the age of 18 who will reside in the house we require a copy of their passport/driving licence.
