We're experts in keeping managed properties safe and legal, resolving maintenance issues, finding high-quality tenants for good quality homes and minimising void periods in properties. We manage over 450 properties for both local and international landlords.

This might sound scary but we pride ourselves on being highly clued up with existing and upcoming legislation to keep tenants safe and landlords informed.

Something that sets us apart from the competition is our dedication to a paperless approach. Everything from tenant application forms to our move-in procedure, signing contracts and reporting repairs are done digitally, we're even producing video viewings.

If you are moving in to a property it is a contractual obligation to have made payment for rent prior to keys being collected.

We have the facility to take payments over the phone however this is subject to a minimum transaction value of 500.00.
