Friar Lettings understands that to provide a good service to our Landlords, we need to take care of our Tenants.
To ensure we look after you, one of the fundamental differences between Friar Lettings and its competitors is the maturity and professionalism of the Lettings team along with the hands on personal service offered.
Once you have identified a prospective property, Friar Lettings will arrange for you to view the property, at a time to suit you which may be an evening or weekend subject to the Landlords or tenant in residence permission.

Carry out initial assessment of the property and provide you with a current market rental value.
Arrange for the property and carpets to be professionally cleaned prior to the tenancy, where instructed.
Two months prior to the end of the expiry of any fixed term contract, we will write to both you and the Tenant to enquire whether both parties wish to extend the tenancy.
Once all negotiations have been agreed Friar will arrange for the tenancy agreement to be signed and invoice the landlord for the term of the extension of the lease.
