Payment of rent over 14 days late will incur a charge of 3% interest above the Bank of England base rate until paid. Surrender of tenancy; if a tenant requests to leave a tenancy before the end date, rent will be payable up until the end of the tenancy, unless the Landlord release the tenant from the contract. If the Landlord releases the tenant from the contract, then the Tenant will pay rent up until a new tenant is found and pay the re-letting fees to find the new tenant.
