We provide a comprehensive range of services and enjoy an excellent reputation in property management, where the majority of our business is from recommendations and personal referrals. A holding deposit of one weeks rent will be payable by the prospective tenant (over 18) for necessary references to be carried out by our in-house credit reference service.
This will hold the property for 15 days (please note that we do not hold properties for more than 15 days without prior arrangement with the landlord). If the tenancy goes ahead, the holding deposit will be utilized towards the first month's rental payment. In some cases six months rent in advance may be required depending on individual circumstances.
