We provide plenty of free parking to all customers, avoiding the town centre parking issues and have a Reception who are more than happy to help.

The Business has gone from strength to strength, taking on over 120 new Landlords, most of which have been via Personal Recommendations & through the Estate Agent Alan Cooper Estates.
Due to the success of the business, Liz has been able to form a team and moved to a larger office within Centenary Business Centre in Nuneaton.

Once your references are returned to us, we will let you know whether your application has been approved or declined.
Ultimately, this will be the landlord's decision therefore if your application is declined we will not always be able to give you a reason why.
If full and satisfactory references cannot be obtained, we reserve the right to ask for a guarantor or to decline the application.
If your application is approved we will then arrange a date with you to sign the tenancy and all other paperwork, pay the rent and the deposit, pick up the keys for the property and collect the inventory.

The Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) will make it unlawful to let buildings which do not achieve an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of 'E' of higher from 2018.
