Pooler Estate Agents and Pooler Country are the two divisions of our business, the former specialising in urban properties and the latter in rural areas. The internet has provided us with many new strings to our bow but the greatest gift is that we don't need an office in every High Street to enable us to market and sell properties outside of Belfast.

It has meant that we have been able to build up Pooler Country, our specialist rural arm without having an additional office to our Belfast base. After all, the office is no longer a marketing tool and as long as we can service the viewings, we can successfully market and sell houses anywhere. We have recently brought the Pooler Estate Agents branding up to date in line with Pooler Country which is designed to reflect the more diverse and broader market we are operating in.

So no matter where you live, you can now avail of the Pooler service dealing with houses sales, rentals and valuations for probate purposes. These videos are not a walk-through, they are a professionally produced glimpse into the property, highlighting the best features, to encourage people to come and have a look for themselves.

We were formed nearly 25 years ago in East Belfast initially as Pooler Watson but from 2005 as Pooler Estate Agents.
We added our rural department Pooler Country to our services in 2017 which is going from strength to strength.
The partners at Pooler are husband and wife Christopher and Elaine Pooler and the office is managed by Elaines brother, Michael Finlay.
If you are thinking of selling your house in the future and you would like to know what price you can expect to achieve for it, please contact us for an appointment.
We will call at a time that suits you either daytime or evening and you could expect the appointment to take up to half an hour, depending on the size of the property and the amount of detail you require.
We also carry out free written valuations on behalf of the executors of estates.
These valuations will in the majority of cases be requested directly by solicitors but we will also provide them free for an executor approaching us directly.
These valuations are intended as a first step in the process for those thinking of selling their house in the future.
The Valuer will not visit the property.
Just fill in the short questionnaire and we will carefully check the details using the information you provide, Google Streetview, Google Earth and LPS details and produce the valuation where possible within 24 hours.

This service is for the semi-professional landlord who is experienced and competent in dealing with the management issues that arise during a tenancy but would like to benefit from our expertise in securing a suitable tenant.
Prepare lease along with statement of terms, rent book and conditions of the rental agreement.
You may be overseas and unable to work closely with us as in the lettings service above or you may just want to see the money coming in and leave all the responsibilities to someone else.
We value our tenants highly and are available for advice throughout the tenancy as we strive to make your experience with us a good one.
Application fee is 30 for one application, 50 for a joint application.
If your application is not put through to the landlord for recommendation, the application fee will be returned in full.
References from employer and previous landlord will be required and we may carry out a credit check.
We may ask for a guarantor but not in all cases.
In some cases a tenant will require a guarantor.
