There are a lot of agents out there who don't respect you as paying customers, who ignore your maintenance requests, who don't give you notices if they're coming around and - even worse - don't apologise when they do.
We get why you aren't a fan of letting agents.
We see it daily in our office and, in most cases, we totally get it.

There are a lot of agents out there who don't respect you as paying customers, who ignore your maintenance requests, who don't give you notices if they're coming around and - even worse - don't apologise when they do.

We're going through tough times at the moment, and we understand that moving is not the easiest thing in the world to do at the moment.
So if you do have to move, we've decided to at least make the cost of moving a bit cheaper for you!
Save yourself roughly 75% of the money required for your security deposit before you move-in.
If you damage the property, just pay for the cost of the damages at the end of your tenancy.
Without Reposit: Pay 800 before you move in (400 first month's rent and 400 security deposit).
So if you do have to move, we've decided to at least make the cost of moving a bit cheaper for you!
