The company is run by Lucinda Clements (trained by ARLA) who offers qualified and efficient staff in the lettings business and believe in getting results. Lucinda has property portfolios and is therefore well aware of the problems Landlords can face.
We believe in getting results for our Landlords as promptly as possible and still providing a quality service with fully referenced tenants via a professional referencing agency. We always provide our landlords with an honest opinion even if it may not be what they want to hear. Our Landlords trust us and rely upon our quality service and advice when letting their properties.

Services
We will actively acquire a suitable tenant who will be referenced fully via the professional referencing company 'Homelet'.
Upon receipt of a satisfactory reference we shall then proceed with the tenancy by drawing up the inventory, including colour photographs, & the assured short hold tenancy agreement.
We shall collect the first months rent & a months rent as a security deposit upon the handing over of the keys to the tenant.
We shall then ensure that this money is transferred to you as soon as possible (minus our fee!)

As part of our management service, we also offer via our inventory clerk interim inspections which we recommend every 6 to 12 months, these include a detailed report and roughly 6 - 8 colour photographs.
Should there be a dispute at the end of the tenancy then these reports can be very useful as evidence.
The cost for these varies upon the size of the property so please call for a quote.
As well as paying rent, you may also be required to make the following permitted payments.
Please Note - This will non refundable should any relevennt person (including any guarantors) withdraw from the tenancy, fail the Right to Rent check, provide false or misleading information, fail to sign their tenancy agreement with the agreed time scale.
