Our rooms provide our tenants with a modern uncluttered space, newly renovated, and immaculately maintained.
Most come with access to a common entertainment area where you are able to relax and socialise.

We are offering a fairly simple deal.
At a very basic level we lease the property from you for 2 years + and become YOUR tenant.
If needed, we bring the property up to the requirements of our customers - young professionals.
We then rent the rooms on individual AST's and take care of EVERYTHING.
As WE are your tenants you will only ever have to deal with us.
We, in turn, thoroughly vet our young professional tenants to ensure that your property is maintained to the highest standards.
We deal with ALL tenant issues (lost rent, late night calls, damage, misbehaviour etc.) - you deal with us.
At a very basic level we lease the property from you for 2 years + and become YOUR tenant.
If needed, we bring the property up to the requirements of our customers - young professionals.
We then rent the rooms on individual AST's and take care of EVERYTHING.
As WE are your tenants you will only ever have to deal with us.
We, in turn, thoroughly vet our young professional tenants to ensure that your property is maintained to the highest standards.

You receive the tenant finders fee and will continue to receive all renewal commission fees.
If you manage the property, you will continue to receive the management fee from the landlord, whilst we assume many of the management responsibilities at no additional cost.
If you do not manage the property, we will manage the property up to 150 per month at no additional cost to either you or the landlord.
We take care of the property by providing a weekly cleaning and gardening service, thereby ensuring the property is maintained at the highest level.
