We will not accept properties in poor condition on our lists, so you can rest assured that what we do have to offer should be more than suitable.
If we don't have anything suitable at the time of your enquiry, make sure you leave your requirements and contact details, as the next call we receive may be just what you are looking for.
For most properties, you will need one month's rent in advance and a deposit equal to that.
