Having set up over 22 years ago in an office in London Road, Stroud by the present Director, Judy Sawyer, we grew and grew in size and soon realized that we had outgrown our original premises and moved to our current office in George Street.

We are currently seeking a Residential Block Manager to deal with a small portfolio of residential blocks within the Stroud District.
A minimum of 2 years on the job block management experience is preferred.
Deal with matters arising and have an upstanding of accounts to be able to compile budgets, reserves and final accounts.
