Fresh Property Management was formed in 2009 by industry veteran Jacqui Katz after more than 30 years working across all aspects of the property landscape.
She identified a gap in the market for uncomplicated, reliable and cost-effective property management services and delivers on all counts to clients of all sizes and complexities.

Major Building Works We organise major building works including appointing independent surveyors and supervisors and serving Section 20 notices where required for project expenditure in excess of 250 per unit.
